Policies

We love all of our clients at Tara Alicen Studio, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Next appointment will require a 50% non-refundable deposit who does not cancel within that time.

Next offence will be 100% deposit.

NO SHOW POLICY:

You will be required to make a 50% deposit on future appointments and this is non-refundable.


REFERAL PROGRAM:

Refer a friend and you'll both receive 10% off your next visit.

GIFT CERTIFICATES ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST
